Measure the area in m2 you wish to pave, our tile calculator identifies how many individual pavers you will require. Please ensure you consider cuts and wastage in your requirements.
Delivery is calculated by postcode, delivery charges are shown at checkout.
We use a secure payment gateway called stripe which accepts all major creditcards.
Standard delivery will normally take 3-4 days, express delivery is optional. If for any reason we have an issue with your order we will inform you as soon as possible.
Your order will be delivered bya 3rd party courier as a kerbside delivery only. Please advise at checkout if you have any access restrictions.
Security is one of the biggest considerations in everything we do, our payment gateway has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Once we receive your order, we will pick and pack in preperation for shipment, once your order is ready for despatch we will contact you.
Yes, once confirmed and payment has cleared your order will be confirmed by email – from us at exterior pavers. Please also check your junk box if you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at info@exteriorpavers.co.uk detailing your issue and a photographic description if possible. Please check all goods prior to fitting as we are unable to accept any claims after the tiles have been installed.

- Due to the nature of the design the images for each product are a representation. We advise to blend the pavers to ensure you are happy visually before final application.
- Goods must be checked prior to fixing. If there are any doubts about the suitability of the goods, please contact us prior to fixing. Claims cannot be accepted after installation.
- We we have a fast turnover of goods which prevents us accepting surplus products unless our warehouse has the same shade/calibre in stock.

All our porcelain tiles comply with EN14411. Our porcelain tiles are rectified, and due to the nature of the design the images for each product are a representation. We advise to blend them visually before final application, this will ensure that you are happy with any tonal variation. Dry laying will also allow you to determine which tiles you can select for the external cuts of your project.
